At Legion Fitness Equipment, we stand behind our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned equipment must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure the Equipment
Carefully disassemble any larger machinery and pack all components into their original boxes, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or contact us to schedule a freight pickup for heavy items like power racks or treadmills.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
